Two chocolate muffin

Delicious dark and white chocolate muffins !!!


Ingredients (for about 16 muffins) :

  • 140 g chocolate : It can be 50/50 of each, or only a single chocolate.
  • 140 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1/4 baking power

Mixture :

  • Melt the butter and the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave, then mix it.
  • Mix the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add the melted chocolate and mix.
  • Then add the sugar, the flour and the baking powder and mix it well.
  • Pour into muffin pan with cupcake paper pan.
  • Let it cook about 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C.

Suggestions : You can add chocolate sprinkles on top before baking, or a piece of chocolate in the middle for extra fondant.
