Ingredients (for about 16 muffins) :
- 140 g chocolate : It can be 50/50 of each, or only a single chocolate.
- 140 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1/4 baking power
Mixture :
- Melt the butter and the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave, then mix it.
- Mix the eggs in a bowl.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix.
- Then add the sugar, the flour and the baking powder and mix it well.
- Pour into muffin pan with cupcake paper pan.
- Let it cook about 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
Suggestions : You can add chocolate sprinkles on top before baking, or a piece of chocolate in the middle for extra fondant.
