Crispy mozzarella and prosciutto bits

Quick quick need a simple and delicious starter !!!!


Ingredients (for two crispy bits) :


  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • Two slice of Bayonne ham
  • 2 pastry sheets

Mixture :



  • Cut the mozzarella into 4 slices.
  • Place 2 slices of it on a slice of ham.
  • Fold ham over the mozza to form a small package.
  • Place it on a pastry sheet and fold the sheet to completely cover it (see photos).
  • "Paste" the tip of the leaf with a little egg white.
  • Brown small package by putting it in the frying pan 4-5 minutes with a little of olive oil.


Suggestions : We can use some slice of goat cheese with bacon. Very good with a small salad and pesto sauce.
