Ingredients (for two crispy bits) :
- 1 mozzarella ball
- Two slice of Bayonne ham
- 2 pastry sheets
Mixture :
- Cut the mozzarella into 4 slices.
- Place 2 slices of it on a slice of ham.
- Fold ham over the mozza to form a small package.
- Place it on a pastry sheet and fold the sheet to completely cover it (see photos).
- "Paste" the tip of the leaf with a little egg white.
- Brown small package by putting it in the frying pan 4-5 minutes with a little of olive oil.
Suggestions : We can use some slice of goat cheese with bacon. Very good with a small salad and pesto sauce.
