Paris mushrooms salad

We're more used to eat this mushrooms baked. But I hope that this salad will make you change your mind... BECAUSE IT'S DELICIOUS !!!!


Ingredients :

  • 7 or 8 mushrooms
  • 3 table spoon of vinegar
  • 2 table spoon of olive oil
  • 4 or 5 table spoon of sour cream
  • Salt, pepper, parsley

Mixture :

  • Wash the mushrooms.
  • Peel it off : Detach the foot and remove the cap skin with fingers (it's easier than with a knife) as if you remove the petals of a daisy.
  • Cut the mushrooms into slice.
  • In a bowl, mix the vinegar, the olive oil, the sour cream, and the parsley to your liking.
  • Add the mushrooms and mix gently (don't break them).
Suggestion : You can add onion rings, or shallots.
