Choco mug cake egg free

A super great chocolate mug cake recipe quick and tasty, without any egg !

Ingredients :

• 4 dark chocolate squares
• 30g butter
• 30g flour
• 30g sugar
• 30cl milk

Mixture :

• Put the chocolate and the butter into the mug then put it in the micro wave for 30 seconds (look after it carefully).
• Mix the butter with the chocolate with a fork.
• Add the flour, le sugar, and the milk into the mug and mix it energetically.
• Put it again in the micro wave for one minute.
• And VOILA !!! :)

Suggestions : This chocolate cake base can be enhanced more greedy elements :

• Jam
• Cinnamon
• Fruit coulis
• Chocolate chunks (over the cake or in the preparation)
• Vanilla or coffee extract (into the preparation)
