Coconut milk chicken curry

A classic recipe of Indian cuisine in an ultra simple version. This mixture is surprising when you have never try it before, but it's se good that you will soon become addictive :p A small exotic trip !


Ingredients (for 2 people) :


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 20 cl coconut milk
  • 10 cl sour cream
  • Spices : Curry, Indian mix, Cayenne pepper, Ras El Hannout.
  • Salt, pepper

Mixture :



  • Cut the chicken into little dice.
  • Brown it into a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil.
  • Turn the chicken bits to make them coated.
  • Add the coconut milk, the sour cream, the spices, the salt and the pepper.
  • Simmer over low heat, stirring regularly for about 20 to 30 minutes until the coconut milk and the cream form a thicker sauce.
  • Serve with rice.
Suggestions : We can add some coconut chips, onions, Paris mushrooms, ginger, and for the more adventurous, pineapple. This recipe can also be adapted with monkfish and prawns.
