A Japanese-inspired recipe without being too eccentric (for the less adventurous of you). Personally I love the softness of the meat and the taste we can't find anywhere else !!
Recipe of Teriyaki turkey :
Ingredients (for 2) :
- 300g turkey escalope
- Teriyaki sauce
- Olive oil
- Flour
Préparation :
- Cut the scallops into small pieces (about 3cm x 3cm) and place it in a bowl.
- Cover the turkey with Teriyaki sauce and let it at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the preparation of marinated turkey in a frying pan.
- Add 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
- When cooked, add 2 tbsp flour into the pan and stir until the sauce coat the meat.
