How to cook the perfect risotto :
Ingredients (for 2) :
- 700 ml water
- 150 g risotto rice
- cream
- salt
Mixture (arround 35 min) :
- Pour the rice in a pan of cold water.
- Add salt.
- Make the water boil.
- Then reduce the heat.
- STIR REGULARLY
- When there is almost no water left, add 3-4 tablespoons of cream.
- Turn off the heat and continue to stir until there is no more water (but a kind of creamy coating).
We can add spices, herbs, sauces, or vegetables (onions, celery, leeks,...) in the water at the end of cooking.
Suggestion : Add a spoon of pesto rosso, Cayenne pepper, parsley and a sprinkling of parmesan.
