Winter smoothie

Winter smoothie : Banana, pear, apples

A recipe for a soft smoothie, full of comfort and seasonal fruit for a cocooning moment by a tough winter day :)


Ingredients : (for 4 glass)

  • 1 apple
  • 2 banana
  • 3 pears
  • 150 ml milk

Mixture : 

  • Peel apples, bananas, and pears.
  • Cut the apple into small pieces.
  • Put different fruits in a blender with milk.
  • Mix until you obtain a foamy liquid.
  • Serve chilled :p
Suggestion: The sugar of the fruit is enough for the mixture, but if you want an even more sweet smoothie you can add maple syrup or fig jam.
