Winter smoothie : Banana, pear, apples
A recipe for a soft smoothie, full of comfort and seasonal fruit for a cocooning moment by a tough winter day :)
Ingredients : (for 4 glass)
- 1 apple
- 2 banana
- 3 pears
- 150 ml milk
Mixture :
- Peel apples, bananas, and pears.
- Cut the apple into small pieces.
- Put different fruits in a blender with milk.
- Mix until you obtain a foamy liquid.
- Serve chilled :p
Suggestion: The sugar of the fruit is enough for the mixture, but if you want an even more sweet smoothie you can add maple syrup or fig jam.
